Fermented in small batches, the final composition incorporates 20% whole bunch wild fermentation before spending 10 months maturing in French oak, with 20% new puncheons. The result is a luminous crimson red wine with violet hues, exuding lifted aromas of dark berries and subtle spice. The palate is supple yet structured, displaying finesse, vibrancy, and remarkable balance.
