The concealer itself is a thin liquid that sets to a satin finish, covers blemishes and under eye circles without looking caked, and stays put for twelve plus hours. 7ml in a squeeze tube with a built in applicator wand. Two layers give full coverage; one layer reads more like a tinted balm. Works under SPF or on its own over moisturiser.
