Farmed biodynamically and handled with minimal intervention, this wine is a study in precision, purity, and quiet complexity. On the nose, it offers lifted aromas of quince, pear skin and lemon pith, underpinned by hints of chamomile, beeswax and crushed almonds. The palate is taut yet texturalstone fruited at its core, but framed by chalky acidity
