The yeast used is "Miyagi yeast," making it a pure rice ginjo sake made entirely from Miyagi ingredients. The name of the sake, "Kuranohana," is derived from the sake brewing rice developed by Miyagi Prefecture. The fresh fruit aroma, subtle
