The Tay Skirt the skirt is fully linedBeautifully fitted panelled skirt that flares out from below the knee to create a dramatic shillouette. This one is in my favourite 'Isle of Skye' tartan, but as usual can be made to measure in any tartan design of your choosing. As you can see, the tartan matching is expertly done, the skirt is fully lined, and has a waistband finished with a zip and a button.
