Bodegas Rey Fernando de Castilla Classic Amontillado Port The palate is medium-bodied withSlightly off dry sherry. The wine is chestnut in colour. The nose displays nutty aromas with a hint of cold earl grey tea evident. The palate is initially quite dry but a rounded finish provides some respite. This sherry is a more friendly example of Amontillado than the Antique version. While the antique release has lost all its sweetness with age this wine has not yet dried out to the fullest extent.
