You have to bump start or have an external chain setup like Puch, Motobecane, and Peugeot do. Pretty great if you want to Minarelli swap something like that. Has factory Ducati CDI. New old stock but the fan setup was kind of busted from shipping. We put a new replacement fan on and fan base. Otherwise all original.
