A-C Allis Chalmers Red Single-Sided Porcelain Sign numbered though the set has not1950s 60s; Allis Chalmers Milwaukee, WI Allis Chalmers Corporation was a key Milwaukee manufacturing giant that started when a New York transplant by the name of Edward P. Allis opened a machine shop in Walker's Point in 1867. This particular logo was used by the company between 1949 to 1965. This small, single sided porcelain sign is in excellent shape with minor wear and still contains its original rivets. Please refer to photos for condition and
