The bodice of the dress has faux black vest on the front and back vest with a white collared neckline and sleeves sewn in. The sleeves have stretchy elastic cuffs. Fitted waist with belt loops on each side. The quilted skirt has a colorful psychedelic floral print in orange, yellow, purple, green, and black. One seam pocket on the right side of the hip.
