You know your mana wont be wasted on it because it cant be countered, and hexproof makes it difficult for your opponents to remove once its on the field

As a card, it's solid, letting you flood the battlefield with copies of Assassins in exile with memory counters

However, due to the nature of the effect, there are voices that cannot be ignored, such as that it is highly dependent on the EX Deck, but I think it can be used regardless of that point
